Uber eats is nonsense

Uber eats South Africa is the worst service ever on the 25th of June 2021 I made an order from ocean basket Boksburg for Sushi which was not delivered.

I sent the driver named J a code and everything required for him to access my complex. I even called the driver they didn’t answer my call. Then after some hours I decided let me just request for a refund since the delivery isn’t arriving. I didn’t receive my refund.

Saturday I went back again on Uber eats to check what’s the issue with the refund. On the app they advice refund can take a few days to appear. So I waited. Today I go back on the app nothing to do with my refund appears. I try resend again for a refund and now I am being told it’s too late to refund me.

I will never use Uber eats again. I will stick to Mr Delivery of which I have never had problems with.
