Uber Eats is ****ming people and *****s money from customer bank accounts!!!!!

Uber Eats has ****med me an amount of R500. On 2025/02/24 at about 20:00 in the evening. Their app timed me out emmidiately after taking the 500 rands out of my bank account. After sending evidence of the deduction and my details they say the customer support doesn't have a contact line. I have been ****med. My money is gone. They only have a merchant line that refused to help. A lady by the name of Thembi and her colleagues have been making empty promises for the passed week and half... Hello Peter please help.
