Uber Eats is like ****in eskom

Ordered from the App KFC. The food was very dissapointing. The mash was little, the gravy was watery. The chips was very little for a large portion. On previous orders the chips was also little and I made a note on the app that they should check the chips portions so its the correct size which obviously did not happen. I must say I would rather use the service of their competition from now. Very disappointed. I queried this on the app and they said they cant help me, ****in unbelievable.
