Uber Eats is horrible

Disappointed at the service from Ubereats, I did not receive my order. I tried calling the driver and he didn’t respond my messages or answer my call. I called to complain they just said he’s around, no apology and they hanged up. He left with my food. The next thing I just get a refund! Disappointed
