Uber Eats is great, now how can I speak to them, I have a product for them to deliver!

Dear Hellopeter, I wish to join Uber eats as a Pizza take away, but without directly signing up and sharing my bank details, I would really like to speak to them, so they can explain how their system works and what is the cost structure. I've searched the internet, the numbers they give; *** and *** only have a recorded voice that directs the caller to the website. Does anybody know the mystery phone number, I want to join as a business that uses their delivery system for my product.
