Uber eats is full of nonsense

Hi I just ordered food from kfc Sunnyside, money has been deducted from my account but the order vanished from the app, I never received the food the driver sent a text asking the method of payment I'd use I told him I have already paid using a card minutes after that my order was nowhere to be found. I need my money back
