Uber eats is ****

On the 09 of May Uber double charged me for an order and since I have trying to speak to them on FB and X they just responded with an automated message saying “we passed your question to another team” Everytime I ask for feedback and when I’m getting my refund of 365 they don’t care they took my money now they don’t want to bring it back
