Uber Eats is disgusting. Order from Mr D

Whenever I order from Uber Eats their service seems to disgust me more and more. I ordered food almost 2 hours ago from Asami Tygervalley. I message the driver to find out what the delay is. He just ignores me. I message him 30 minutes later, he still ignores me. He then picks the food up, and it shows he has 1 stop before dropping off my food.

I tried giving Uber Eats the benefit of the doubt, as in a previous occasion, I ordered food for my dad, and paid for it with my card. The driver drops off the food by my dad and tells him that he needs to pay cash for the delivery and proceeds to take money from my dad.
