Uber eats is disgusting

I ordered from uber eats market randburg and engen garage willowcrest on consecutive orders. I wwnt outside to wait. The engen driver messaged me to say he os on the way in the app the other driver did not. While i was outside the uber eats order was reported as completed i never got it. There was a pic of where the driver lefty order but i do no know where that is. I had to reorder
