Uber Eats is ****, they are ******** people

Uber eats service is ****. I placed an order on Tuesday for R395. They deducted the money, after few minutes the order was cancelled for no reason and the money was not returned back to my account. I tried to contact them, I was told to wait for few days the money will reflect. Still today, I have not received the money. Every time I contact them, they tell me the same thing, its like I am speaking to a robot. This is a very bad service, and their customer service is very bad, they are very rude.
