Uber Eats is bull and i never use it again

My wife bought a meal at McDonald's via uber eats and the location was wrong and my wife forwarded the correct location which the driver agreed to and he said he was coming but the driver ended the trip on wrong location and uber eats cant refund us and they ignore us when we ask what happened to the food we bought.
