Uber eats is bull****...

I placed with Mac Donald's through Uber eats app last week on the 10th of March. The order was never confirmed yet money came out of my account. I waited with the hope of getting my money back until Monday when I decided to let them know. Getting assistance with their customer service is a mission on its on, only for them to tell me that they do not deal with orders over 48hours old. I mean what bull**** is that. I didn't get my order and now I'm not getting my money back what **** is that. I'm never using Uber eats ever again.
