Uber eats is becoming a ****

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered lunch for staff and was notified that Brian was on his way. I have CCTV monitoring my premises. I went outside to wait for the arrival with 2 staff working close by. No Brian, no delivery stop at my premises, No food, just a message that delivery cancelled and no response from either KFC Kenilworth centre or Uber Eats. I have requested a refund but not holding my breath. Included a generous tip.
