Uber eats is bad

On Friday 30 may I placed my orders via Uber eats at yassir groceries store some items were out of stock respond I got was items out of stock I then contacted Uber eats for my refund since there was no money refunded on my account Uber eats told me I should request my refund at the store I contacted yassir store they told me since I placed my order via Uber eats they are the one responsible for my refund the whole amount is R160
