Uber Eats is a useless food delivery App

UBER EATS never delivered my order. They claimed they couldn't reach me for delivery, but no one ever contacted me. And how useless for an App that doesn't even have a customer care option? I want my money back! Not their filthy food. It's over 2 hours ago, nothing still.
