Uber Eats is a ****. Their drivers ****med me

Ordered debonairs pizza on the app. Whilst coming down from upstairs after having instructed Uber Driver that I’ll be at reception, Uber driver tried to contact me via the Uber app and I couldn’t answer because of data but I called immediately to ask where he is but the number says it doesn’t exist. He only tried once to contact me. The security downstairs told me the Uber driver only asked “if there’s anyone waiting for an order here” security said no, the Uber driver then got into his vehicle and drove off with my order having already paid for it. After that when I tried to review my order, the drivers details disappeared mysteriously but luckily I screengrabbed the order. I then tried to contact the branch of which the order was from but they couldn’t help me. So Augustine (registration number: JJ87RS GP) from Uber Eats didn’t deliver my order but marked it as delivered on the app, he probably ate it because where is it?? If he had intergrity, he could have atleast returned it to the store and gave me a chance to make a plan. Debonairs told me that they’ve had similar queries regarding Uber Eats so basically Uber Eats Drivers eat our deliveries and say they have delivered them. So for your own safety, restrain ordering from Uber eats because they will **** you
