Uber eats is a ****,delete the app

i ordered food via uber eats,i was charged R175,and my order never arrived,no call attempt was made to me,i visit the store,only to find out that the order was dispatched and the delivery guy known as lloyd didn't even write his valid cellphone number on the store register,so ubereats don't want to refund me my money,reason been,i once ordered and the driver got lost,and they refund me,so they don't refund twice.my money is gone,and no food was issued to me
