Uber Eats is a ****

I made two orders on Wednesday, 05 May 2021 for an amount of R355.48. I waited the whole day but my order did not arrive. The money was deducted on my account but my food never arrived until today. It has been 4 days now. When I phone them they keep me waiting on the line and no help after a long wait. What a poor service. I am so disappointed.
