Uber eats is a ****

I ordered 3 items from the same restaurant and proceeded to pay. The total charged was supposed to be R150 but R20 got debited of which I guess it's for delivery but nothing got delivered and the my order is not appearing on the orders list. Their support/help services says I have no pending orders
