Uber eats is a ****

I placed an order on the 26th of Feb with KFC Meadowlands via Uber eats, I paid R117 which was deducted from my debit card. I never received my order but my money is gone. I enquired on the app, they said they will fund it via the cash balance on the app, which they never did. I want Uber eats or KFC to give my money back. I'm never gonna order anything from Uber eats and will never recommend it to anyone. Y'all have poor customer service, I WANT MY R117 back into my account.
