Uber eats is a ****

Uber Eats is a ****! On their app it’s states order ‘Completed’ meanwhile the order was not delivered! How can it be completed! They cannot tell me where my order is and where it was delivered to! Only response is to tell me this is unfortunate and hopefully it will be better next time! R419 gone! My advice…stay away!!! They don’t even have a helpline or proper support system to deal with issues immediately. Had to wait 5 hours to get an email. Rather use MrD and other delivery services
