UBER EATS IS A PATHETIC DISHONEST SERVICE

I ordered Food via the app, a daily occurence is the driver hands to the security as they dont want to drive up . He said he was at the gat and he gave the food to security . As per his location I saw he was in front of my gate , he requested the pin said he gave it security never delivered and left . We have camera footage to show he never delivered !! Uber eats refused to deduct it from the driver who stole the food while we have proof , and NO REFUND . Then closes the query as resolved !! You guys are ******* !!!
