Uber Eats is a ****, order at your own risk

I ordered food on the uber eats app and included the code to enter the estate. It showed food was collected and driver will deliver. Few minutes later it showed food delivered but we didn’t get any food. The driver did not even use the code to enter the estate. I tried to reach out to uber eats and was told the driver tried to reach me. I was told the driver was outside my building according to them. I wanted to know why he didn’t leave the food at my door step if he was outside and never got response. My query was closed. I tried a number of times to reach out without success. Uber eats is a **** there is no platform to complain if you are not certified with the outcome. If the driver beep your phone once when you try to call back it doesn’t go through just know that you are on your own. You lose your money just like that as they keep saying there is no refund without any investigating conducted.
