Uber Eats is a disaster!

One of the Uber Eats drivers sat outside my complex with his data off pretending as though I did not send him a code to enter.

After a long while he sent a picture and a message to say he’s leaving my food on the pavement. I went outside to check for my food and nothing.

So, I asked my security guard if he saw my food. The security guard told me that he put the food on the floor took a picture, packed it back into his vehicle and left.

This is so dishonest. I gave a tip b when I ordered and I did not receive a return on that.

But how dishonest are your drivers? Is there no vetting process?

This was such a horrible experience because I used your app for convenience as I was sick! Instead, you inconvenienced me! I am never trusting this app again. Mr D is soooooo much better than you guys!
