Uber eats is a bad idea through covid-19

No order came after payment was charged, waiting over two hours for the kids meals at KFC but no delivery. There is no way to contact anyone at Uber, the driver messaged at 8 that he will not be coming... Now to break a promise made to the kids... So unprofessional uber its my boys birthday today. I'm without the meals ordered and out of the money charged
