Uber-eats is a ****

I'm total disappointed with Uber eats. This is a **** and I'm advising people not to use it anymore. I bought food worth R250 at Chicken Licken Hillbrow and the delivery guy called Michael never pitched. He last communicate with me on message at around16:25 requesting my number because he did not have data to update the system when he arrive. This is a trick, as soon as they give you this message its game over.

How can you take someone money and never deliver how can we trust this. Their help/ support system is very weak, poor communication with no direct help sies.
