Uber Eats Is A ****

I ordered food on the 15th May 2023, I didn't receive my order I got an sms stating that my order was cancelled due to the courier didn't follow the company policies. Money has been deducted from account, and my thing is no order can be prepared if money has not been debited. Can I please have my refund back
