Uber eats is a ****

What terrible n low **** this service is, I ordered food and I didn't receive it, the driver just took a picture n ended the trip as if he had delivered it I immediately complained n emailed them, but all Uber kept saying was I couldn't get my refund because their driver waited,, waiting for 5 minutes cost R300??, I tried messaging n calling the driver n he just cut the calls, probably eating my food.. What an absolute **** Uber eats is,, I cannot believe it
