Uber eats is a **** and they don’t care about customer service, I made a mistake when making an order and used the wrong payment method tried to get help from their app and I was not getting any, eventually I decided to cancel my order upon which I was told I’ll have to forfeit my money as the restaurant had already started with my order. I was shocked to find out when you cancel you forfeit your entire money, from my knowledge when dealing with other restaurants you get charged a certain amount. I then tried to contact Debonairs to explain my issue, I received no help from them as well, I asked them to deliver the order I was told they were not sure whether I made the payment. I tried to explain but they did not budge. I’ll never order anything through uber eats anymore their level of customer service is atrocious.
