Uber eats is a *****

Realising a wrong order i phoned and spoke to an agent.to cancel the order as there is no option of cancelling order agent agreed and told the delivery guy also that this is a wrong order but they forced to deliver.the food and took money out of my account ,basically forced to pay for food i ddnt eat and had.cancelled and was told even if they cancelled i will pay for it they said they will come back to me after 6 to 12hrs now its 5 days and they not responding anymore even if 66rand its hard earned money just because my card details are there they took money and if i cancelled the order why ddnt they charge cancelation fee like they do on uber rides.this is *****!
