Uber Eats is ****!!!

I had a very bad experience with Uber Eats, the driver never arrived at the location. Their customer service is also not helping, no refund will be made... So why not replace my order then??? I'm not sure even the customer service on the app is a real person. Never again will I use Uber Eats and don't recommend people to use it. Let's boycott Uber Eats guys!
