Uber eats *****ing money!

I cancelled an order immediately after placing it- order number #F1A06 I got an email to say I would not be refunded as the restaurant started preparing the order. I went to the restaurant today, they confirmed they did not receive funds for the order and it shows cancelled on their end. UBEREATS refuses to refund me
