Uber Eats? I dont think so.....not anymore......

On Friday 31/01/2020 We ordered KFC through Uber Eats. I Live in an enclosed area, and the delivery driver was too *********** to read the signs on the closed streets that directed him to the entrance. Instead, he stopped outside one of the furthest locked gates, sends me a message that I must please meet up with him, he has too many orders etc. I say no, he is just around the corner and turn into the correct street. He doesnt budge, and I can see him on the app he does not move. I tell him to cancel the order if he cant be bothered!.

He registers then it on the App as the delivery could not be done because we were not available to take the order! Blatant Lie! To top it all off, I get some snooty SMS from Uber Eats saying that they would charge me for further occurrences!.

Dont think I'll use them again, I'll rather pay a bit more and use competitors instead!
