Uber eats horrible service ever

Today I had the most awful experience ever with Uber eats, I was trying to place an order and as I was about to change the address it automatically picked the address that I was not in, in a panic I called the driver to please cancel the order for me and I explained everything to him, he then reassured me that he will make a plan for me on the App and it won’t charge me, i took his word for it , a couple of minutes later I got the confirmation that my order had been cancelled and that I was owing them the money

Guys this is awful as I’m now owing a service I did not even receive
