Uber Eats hasnt refunded me my money

I placed an order and was sent the wrong order. Immediately I sent a query about this the same day and got a response that I will be refunded. Till this day I haven't received a response. when I query again, it says its past 48hrs they cannot assist me. What happened to me getting a refund?
