Uber eats has the worst customer service

The worst customer service experienced!

I got charged 3 times, for a single purchase. Upon contacting their online platform for assistance, I was requested for every bit of information-short of a blood sample.

After receiving automated responses for 2 days, it all went silent.

It has been over a week now and I have received no communication from anyone.

Worst service ever!!
