UBER EATS HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered from Burger King and the driver calls me that they are in Randburg to deliver my order, but I am all the way in Kibler Park. THe address I gave the driver is 100% correct and the address the driver went to is also the same address as mine but in Randburg so now I cannot receive my order because of 2 different areas using the same address. I am at an air BNB and I chose the address where I am at, I am not aware there's another exact same address in Randburg so now what??? I have been charged for the food but I am not going to get the food because the driver went to Randburg address. Contacting support on Uber Eats to complain about anything is like searching for a needle in a haystack, honestly one of the worst service providers in our time.
