Uber Eats has no customer service. They suck

I placed an order tonight with MacDonalds via Uber Eats. The most horrible service. The driver never delivered my order. When I requested help, I got even more ridiculous assistance - or lack thereof. The agent in the other side would tell me that my order was cancelled without me cancelling it. Then he said my order was not cancelled. Then he said I should contact the delivery person, just to tell me again I cannot contact the delivery person as he was driving. An hour and 15 minutes later I still have not received my order. Uber Eats should remember that we as clients are the people spending our money on them but they don’t appreciate us as customers. Horrific experience. Sies, Uber Eats. Do better!!!
