Uber eats has lost its standards

I used to hold Uber eats on high standards but after how they handled my last complaint and order, extremely dissapointing. My food came extremely late, cold and soggy like I am eating stale un-mash potataoes and not chips and the driver was so dirty, rude and unproffessional. The restauarant is a walking distance from my delivery place. This is unacceptable!! When I escalated the issue, they dismissed me. Uber eats has lost its standards. I am really dissapointed!!!!!!
