Uber Eats has *** policies wrt refunds

I placed an order this morning for delivery from Uber Eats. Food was collected at McDonald's Liberty Promenade Mall to arrive in 40mins. I stay 5 mins away from the mall. Driver contacted me saying he was outside and had to go buy airtime to call me. I went to stand outside for 30 mins waiting on him and he never showed. If he was actually at my house previously I would not have had to give him the address again. He then marked my order as complete and never delivered. I called the store who said I should contact Uber Eats support. Contacted them and they processed a refund which I must wait 10days for.. ***. Why must I wait 10 days for my money that was deducted as quick as hitting place order button. I'm very upset! This was my last R100 and then they have the audacity to tell me to replace an order with what money I want to know!
