Uber eats has bad service and thieving drivers

I placed my order at 17:35 and I received it at 18h20 later I paid R6.45 for service and R3.00 for delivery. And the order still arrived with missing Items. I ordered 10 wings and BOGO zinger nuggets. Instead I received 7 wings and 1 box of zinger nuggets. I'm not at all pleased.
