Uber Eats has bad service

I ordered on the 27th of April and the driver arrived to deliver and said he forgot the order at Pedro's and would go back to fetch it then contact me when he's outside. He never called me back. Uber Eats said they had refunded the amount however it never was. I tried contacting customer care to assist however they never helped me at all and said they would refund it within 3-5 business days. They never refunded the amount. The amount was R156.60 and this was last month 27th April. I have been chasing them to refund me for the order but they always say the same thing and never refund the amount. I am tired of waiting for them to get back to me or refund me my money. Please help. ***
