Uber Eats has and poor service

I honestly feel like this is a personal attack or something whenever Uber Eats has promotions and I happen to buy things I never receive the extra thing.... I initially bought the debonair's pizza that came with the death by chocolate box dololo death by chocolate and today I went for the buy one get one chips from honchos and did i get my chips and this is the 6th order they've messed up and now I'm being told that they can't assist me because this does not happen as often.... Well if they are not calling once and leaving my orders at ***** places, they mess up my order. Last year November I had one order changed 3 times to the point where they had to refund me my money
