Uber Eats hacs innocent citizen's banking details

I have NEVER used Uber Eats for food delivery, BUT on 17 January 2025 someone from Uber Eats Parktown North used my Standard Bank banking information to buy food on 3 occasions; 18:58 for R327.90; 19:07 for R289.90 and at 19:47 for R403.40. Unfortunately, the notifications from my bank only came through after the 3rd hack and I blocked my account. This is unacceptable. I want my money back but have no way to recover it as my bank is not refunding me, regardless of the fact that I reported it immediately and even got a reference number for *****.
