Uber eats fruads

I placed a food order at 10:45 through Uber eats to wimpy woodlands and at 11:45 notified my order was delivered but yet no food at my delivery address.so I contacted the driver Musa witch we're extremely rude and shouting at me. As i do not have food and the money was taken off my bank account. I see this as theft. And you cannot speak to some one directly from Uber eats and have reported to the app but I have done this before and still today have not received any feedback.

I am done with Uber and my family bussiss college's and everyone I know period.
