Uber eats *****. Order not received and courier wasn’t contacted but order status states completed.

Order never arrived even after driver stated they had arrived. Waited at the gate for almost 40min, then 4 hours later order status updates itself as completed. Charged my account even when I had not personally confirmed receiving the order. Tried to go to help it keeps on trying to connect me to courier, which I had been trying to do for 3 hours and wasn’t able to call courier.
