Uber eats food not delivered

I ordered from Uber eats last night, have not received my order. Tried going personally to the restaurant to collect my order this morning they told me they cannot assist me (the food has already been paid for) hopefully Uber eats will see this and actually refund the money because I have been trying to call them or find the relevant contact details with no luck
