Uber eats

I bought a uber eats bag from we brand company...when I ask uber eats to activate my account they said I didn't buy bag....I told them that I bought bag from we brand company sent them order number and proof of bag...still they say I didn't purchase bag...any to assist please...it's been months now I'm not getting help...here my number for more information +***8 please assist
