Uber eats false advertising on app

Saw a promotion on the UBER eats app. If you spend more than R300 on a certain restaurant then I will receive R75 discount. I went for it but unfortunately got charged the full amount. I reported this to Uber Eats and this was there response “ We have looked into this and can see that the promotion you are referring to was offered from the restaurant partner's end. As such, we are unable to honor this promotion. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.“

In any case I deleted the app and will not support false advertising.
