Uber Eats False Advertising

On the 26th September 2024 , I ordered from Fatboys Burger from Uber eats. They had a promotion saying buy 1, get 1 free. I paid R193 for that promotion. However when the delivery arrived, I only received one burger. I laid a complaint with Fatboys Burgers, I was told there’s nothing they could do and that I should take it up with Uber Eats. I reported the issue to Uber Eats and I was told that unfortunately they cannot be of assistance.

I sent them screenshots of the buy 1, get 1 free promotion and still got a response that unfortunately they can not do anything about the order.

This is FALSE ADVERTISING!! Disgusted by the service and deception!
